IGBC Rating Systems

The IGBC rating systems are voluntary, consensus based, market-driven programmes. The rating systems are based on the five elements of the nature.


IGBC Membership

IGBC offers a unique opportunity to join the green building movement through membership. The membership is open to all stakeholders involved in   construction activities.


IGBC AP Exam offered by IGBC is a credential for professionals to participate in green building projects. All professionals of the construction industry are eligible to appear for this examination.

Government Policies & Incentives

Central government and various State Government agencies have given recognition to IGBCs' Green Rating Systems in the form of incentives to IGBC-rated Green Building Projects.
